We always strive to deliver reliable, high-quality POS solutions to our clients. However, if you’re dissatisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund as per the following terms:
Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, please send us an email within 7 days of purchase at pos@olozon.com with the subject line “Cancellation of Service”.

The cancellation request must be sent from the official email address used at the time of purchase.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via bank transfer or online payment.

For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

Payments made through any authorized payment gateway will be refunded to the original account used for the transaction.
